lol, it's cornflour mixed with water until it's a thick gloopy consistency !!

Fantastic activity, squeeze the wet cornflour in your hands tightly & its dry and crumbly, but open out your hand & watch it turn 'liquid as it dribbles/drips and runs through your fingers .. as brilliant as it is, it also has to be the messiest activity ever !!

oooh sounds exciting! might try that one! will have to be in the garden though me thinks!

If you like mess try adding different food colourings to the mix or use custard powder instead of cornflour to give a lovely smell-checking with Parent/carers for allergies etc first of course.

We love 'gloop' and use it a lot.....tuff spot is a good container for this activity.

We use gloop a lot in our setting, we have added food colouring too. Have you tried any of these ideas

Smash, Soap flakes, gelly baff

Will try the custard powder, that sound brill
