Cypw level 2 help!

Hi I'm stuck on these two questions can anyone help? Q1- how effective do you feel your own contribution to the assessment of the development needs of the children you are responsible for is?
And q2- how effective is your role in supporting the children's development?

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it
