Biggrin Shoelace Tying Website!

As I was getting to the point of tearing my hair out,:bomb: trying to help my son 'refine' his shoelace tying technique, I decided to search the 'net and much to my surprise here's what I found: Ian's Shoelace Site I haven't read all of it yet, but it is quite interesting and do you know what??? His techniques actually work! I'm now trying to retrain my hands and brain to tie my laces differently too!!

Love it,

Im struggling to teach my youngest (5) to tie his shoelaces although he is also at that age of trying to ride without stabilisers, swim without arm bands etc, so it's a lot to take in!

Have given in and brought velcro fastening school shoes again, but will keep on trying.

Its a good site though!

Shoe laces </shameless plug> .. is our own rhyme, it can sometimes help !

Have found in the past that whilst one way to learn is good for one child another picks it up in a completely different way
