coffee needing help plz

Hi everyone!!
I have been working as a 1:1 for the past 5 years, i have now applied for a new position at a different establishment...
Part of my interview process i have to plan a activity based in Speech & language, for 2 to 4 yr olds.

The planning forms they have sent me i am not familiar with, i am starting to worry.

This what they are requiring:

1. Prepare an adult led activity that will support the development of speech, language and communication skills for children age 2-4+.
2. Prepare the activity plan on the document attached.
3. Consider and state how you would differentiate the activity for age, ability, and individual educational and learning needs.
4. How would you encourage and inspire your team to broaden this activity into a class topic and how would you monitor how well they work as a team?
5. Evaluate the activity. Explain how the activity went and what could have gone better. How would you adapt it or change it next time?

Can anyone help please...

Hi, how about using a story book with a related activity?

The Storm Whale might be nice, take keywords from the text to highlight language and any number of ziplock bags + blue paint for a 'clean' mark making activity creating ocean/bath waves, plus an outline or blank paper to design a whale & person to role play with?

Best wishes with the interview xx
