Im not sure how to answer how to answer a question in my performance criteria!!
Ask support for information about development opportunities in my work placement?

Not sure how i would answer that to be honest.Can anyone help me please?

you have to think of somthing that you think you need more help with and say who u went and asked about geting help and what they said for example did they say there was a course u could do or a book or something like that
