Its not REAL magic but.....

hi everyone!!

OK this isnt REAL magic but ts magic non the less!

I call it magic colour and my children LOVE it! the little ones really do think its magic!

take three trays of paint using the three primary colours, let children dip their hands in two of the diffrent trays, look at the colours on their hand - what can you see?? (I usually get the children to print a hand print of each hand on each end of a piece of paper!) THEN..... allow the children to rub there hands together!! ......and lo and behold.....MAGIC! the colour changes!!! :rotfl: let the children print the new colour in the middle of the paper and you have a record of the magic! - it makes a lovely display especially with pictures of the childrens faces!!!

Ive just had a huge feeling of de ja vue!! Have I posted this somewhere before? :innocent: o well its always good to share again! :blush:

lol ... don't think it's been posted before ... but if not it should be that activity is great ... and then the children get to spend lots of time playing in water as they wash the paint off !!!

lol ruthierhyme! Maybe I posted it on another site? but yes it is a great activity!! I love it - and so do the children because they do it all the time once you have shown them!
