Had a load of work to do over Easter holidays and I'm on my LAST question then I can submit it but I'm not too sure on it.

Can anyone give me a helping hand please?

Thanks

Hi, understanding the reasons why you do and do not follow certain practices and beliefs means that you've decided which ones hold value or importance to you - your food choices, leisure choices, the way your parents raised you, your parenting styles ( now or in the future) and the events you celebrate. Finding out that others follow different sometimes opposing beliefs and practices can cause difficulties as your professional role requires you to work in partnership, supporting children and their diverse cultures and taking onboard the views, practices and beliefs of the setting's parents, families and carers.

This means putting aside the strength of your belief and practices to understand what others do and why.
