Hiya, one of our members is Sarah Neville, she has a fantatsic Childminding website, which includs a blog, great guestbook/chat/forum feature that may help out with pin pointing the sort of things you'd like to write in your own Aims and objectives - www.knutsfordchildminding.co.uk I have to say that I need to take these really slowly when developing a new product's aims & objectives, many fuses get blown otherwise lol

This is a nice word.doc from Staffordshire.gov.uk it helps explain the difference between Aims and Objectives - Pathways to targets & reasons why - Business support for Childminders

Thank you for that Ruth!

Hello Mitch, sorry I missed your original posts I've been busy trying to put an EYFS document together and it's taken much longer that I expected ... mostly because it was soooo boring! LOL

You are welcome to have a good nosey round my website and change any bits you find useful.

I also put a document on here which might help you with meeting the current 14 National Standards -

Do you have any support locally? You ought to be able to pump your development officer for advice... though we're always here too!!

Good luck with everything!
