Default Weekly planning

I have a question im a childminder

from septmber we will be planning around each childs intrests now in the sheet which i will put what the childs intrest is and what activites im going to do with the child

my question is do i still need to do a weekly planning sheet as really i will of planned and put down what im doing for the each childs intrest for that week or 2 week period on the sheet where i have planned around the childs intrests

I think I would do a basic overall plan for the whole week - just to include any planned outings, like trips to shops, toddlers groups etc - but I cetainly wouldn't spend to much time doing them.
