Advice on the raios in Foundation unit.

I wondered if someone could advise me. I am currently working as Early years level 3 practitioner, key person to 15 children in Nursery. Initially we had a unit coordinator (qts in Early Years) enabling us to have Reception as well. Currently she is going to be replaced by a level 4 TA and i wanted to know if this is within legal eyfs statutary guidelines.. Thankyou
