promote an environment to encourage inclusion?

I hope you don't mind but i'm stuck on a question and wondered if anyone could help me.
cyp3.7-2.3,2.4 how do you plan and promote an environment to include and encourage the following: decision making,choice,enabling environments,active participation and Child centered curriculum. Not sure how to start this one

by making available different activities and resources helps the children choose and decide what they want to take part in , not just activities but at snack time just by offering the children different fruit and milk or water helps them learn how to make choices , by having outdoor play which has resources such as high slides and low slides enables them to decide what is safe for them or not. By encouraging the children to take part but not pushing them letting them see how the other children are having fun they usually come over and watch and by having an environment that allows all children whatever their disabilities to take part and that is age and stage of ability appropriate mit jumbled but hope it is useful
