I have a professional discussion tomorrow can someone help me with my last three knowledge questions as I am really stuck

K3D165: How to negotiate with children according to their age and stage of development


K3D166: Strategies you can use to show children that you respect their individuality


K3D167: How to balance the needs of individual children with those of the group as a whole

K3D166 I have done your questions.this is how I have answerd.All children are shown we value them by listening to their vues, value their vues,giving them plenty of time.On those lines.Get them to help make disisions with you.
K3D167 Its important to take time to talke with individual children and get to know their individual needs as well as the whole group.

K3D165 I did children need to be part of negotiations and desision making they remember what the rules are if they help make them I gave example of our class rules that the children helped write.I hope this helps you if not get back to me please.Sorry about spelling.
