Thanks! I do have alot of experience, didnt have this NVQ3, took a break but now decided I WANT to do this. I do discuss things with my assessor and he says that I am doing the correct things and answer things right etc, but that I also have to write that I know these things. Each assessor seems to do it differently.

Absolutely - I qualified as an assessor about 10 years ago, and the more information I could get from discussions or evidence of prior learning the better! I hated to ask my students to jump through hoops just for the sake of it. I'm not assessing any more as my preschool takes up all my time, but I hear such awful stories about poor students!
