Please Help

I really need some help I am currently doing my nvq level 3 which is ccld and i really need help with question 18 in unit 301

what are the six main points to the conflict resolution? I hope someone can help me

Hiya,

The 6 main points that i work to in conflict resolution are:

Approach calmly, stopping hurtful actions
Acknowledge children's feelings
Gather information
Restate the problem
Ask for ideas for solutions and choose on together
Be prepared to give follow-up support.
