when my assosser decided she wanted to give up doing her last job she took a whole n=units worth of work her obseravtions and 3 witness statements and has not passed them on to my new assessor so getting worried as they can not replace the observation visit so i lose that huge amount of work and the witness statments i can replace the other work but very worried.

you need to ring the manager of the assessment centre and ask them what THEY are going to do to remedy this situation. YOU have done the work they are responsible for dealing with it dont let them bully you into making up for their mistake. even if in the end you do more work let them deal with it first!
