Advice needed please
 

Hi,

There are a lot of problems at our pre-school at the moment with committee and staffing. Could anyone on here offer any advice regarding what committees can and can't do and also employment process and structure?

If you have a subscription with the PLA they may be able to offer support as may your local early years department, and if possible chatting to the lead of other settings.
