Can anybody help me please I need to demonstrate the ability to reflect on practice as I'm in a rush to complete the course my assessor has advised me to do as many of the units as I can in writing rather than wait for her to come out and observe me or do professional discussions

i would seriously reconsider. there are MANY units that HAVE to be observed not should be but HAVE to be, if you rush and your file is sen by the IV you will not pass. why are you rushing? your assessor needs to see you.

She is coming out next week and I want to have as much done as possible before then so I'm working through the units and I'm really struggling with this question
