Hi All, I have my Lvl3 professional discussion next week and am thinking it is going to be a lot more in depth than the last one I had. Just wanted a bit of reassurance that it will not be as bad as I expect it to be. Have prepped for it but you never know...... Needing some positive vibes.
Hopefully will be signed off after that !!! here's hoping, wish me luck.
