hi can you help.....

Was wondering if someone could tell me the difference between question eymp5 3.4 and4.2, just don't know how to answer them differently from one another. Thanks in advance xx

I did 3.4 through an observation and 4.2 I wrote. The key factors that provide a supportive speech, language and communication environment are a physical environment which includes light so that the babies and children can see our facial expressions, body language as well as mouth movement, this is essential where children have a hearing or visual impairment. Sound and layout are also important, in the setting their should be a quiet cosy area in which is away from the noise, there allowing the children to feel more secure and engage in sustained conversation.
I have had this signed off, hope it helps!!
