Unit 029 Working Together for the Benefit of Children and Young People

Im on question 1.6 -Explain the assessment frameworks that are used in own UK Home Nation.
I think im on the right track :dizzy: but my computer is rubbish and wont let me open pdf or doc documets :hissyfit: and I need to know what the key principles of Northern Ireland- Understanding the needs of children in Northern Ireland (UNOCINI) are please?
