Explain the importance of maintaining positive relationships with people in the local community

I just need to answer this to complete the unit but have hit a brick wall. I need to have my Level 3 Diploma signed off quickly as I will be going on maternity leave shortly.

I would appreciate any assistance x

Hi I have been struggling with this also. I have just put that my workplace is in the middle of a local community on a elderly peoples road for 30 years. So locals are aware of it. Put about being friendly when arriving at work and leaving saying good morning and hi so making affective relationships. Also when out and about with children in our care important to maintain relationships as we are representing our service. Not sure if im on the right track. All the best with the Diploma and new baby
