STUCK!! Unit CYPOP1 HELP!!!!!
 

So this is what I have been asked to do, and none of it is going in!!! grrrrrr wud appreciate any help at all!!

I would like you to explain the pattern of development in the first three years of life and the skills typically acquired at each stage.
(you can use information from your development study in 22).

explain:
- how development and learning are interconnected.
- how and why variations occur in rate and sequence of development and learning.
- that learning may take place in different ways.
- the importance of play.

Explain the impact of current research into the development and learning of babies and young children.

you wil have done basic stages of dev in your level 2 this is building on it
take the questions one by one it is much easier as each question is very straight forward alone. these are 4 fundamental areas of knowledge so need some research on your part as without this knowledge you cannot meet children's needs.
remember explain means giving examples throughout

the current research and theory is varied such as the eyfs eppe enabling environments etcetc they must have given you some teaching on this. what does this research say and how do we use it every day in practice.

The main 1 im stuck on is this 1:

how and why variations occur in rate and sequence of development and learning.

I get what i need to write but just really struggle putting it into words.
