explain the principles of relationship building with children and adults? i have answered the question but i have to put examples from my own experience but i don't work in a school so not sure what to write.

also stuck for examples for this questions too explain how to adapt communication with children for: the age of the child, the context of the communication and communication differences.

You don't mention the age of the children you work with, the EYMP 5 stages of development will help show what you might be doing now to communicate with them and how you can adapt it for different needs - noise, quiet, personality types, conflict, questioning, misunderstanding
