Study Day 10 Nutrition

Hi i wondered if anyone could help :dizzy:

I need to write a booklet for parents describing:

Nutritional needs of children from 0-16.
Different food groups.
Principles of healthy eating for children.
How you can support children in making positive decisions.
Government guidance on healthy eating for children and why it is important that these are followed.
The roles of key health professionals and advice in promoting health and well being to children and carers.
Safe food handling and storage.
Why children's food preferences should be supported.
The dietary requirements of different cultural or religious groups.
Why cultural food variations are supported.
What foods are unsuitable for children and why.
Different food allergies and how they are managed in your nursery.
Why it is important that all information concerning allergies and food preferences is recorded, shared with other staff and acted upon.
Why good oral hygiene is important and how it can be encouraged.
The principles of cross infection and basic food hygiene.

I have a few notes but just struggling on how to word it all.

Any little help of tips would be greatly appreciated xx :With love:
