Why not get your staff and parents involved in a Suggestions scheme ..
Pop a box, notepad and pencil out in the foyer and pin up a notice asking for ideas .....

From the bizzaar to inspiring, it's always great to recieve feedback .. let's you know you're on the right track (or wrong one :wide-eyed ) .. where the next improvement can be made and indeed may even show you where you can access more resources !!
