Hi my assessor has said that i have shown how they have helped shape current practice but i need to analyse them in more detail and discuss their mechanism and show how this equates with their use in school.

Ive added that in my work setting we go with child led learning, we have ma y activities set up for a child to chose to play with and then go from there for example if they chose a puzzle ask them what is it of, i.e a farm, ask what animals are there, what noise does this animal make hiw many animals are there etc. We also offer fruit and milk during quiet story time to build energy back ip as being well nourished helps chuldren to concentrate better. We do star of the week and offer lots of praise to good behaviour and children making good choices. We also do integrity awards that award older children for good behaviour and achievements in school and in the local community. I dont know what else to write after that myself as im stuck.
