TDA 3.4 Promote positive behaviour
Use own knowledge of promoting positive behaviour to contribute to reviews of behavioural policies, including bullying, attendance and the effectiveness of rewards and sanctions
Im a little confused with this one. As a volunteer in the school I dont get involved with children with specific behaviour problems. The chapter in the supporting teaching and learning book seems to reference individual childrens behavioural policies where as I read it as I would review the schools behavioural policies and make suggestions as to how it can be improved. Is this correct? |
