The role of the adult

hiya could someone help me with this, it seems so simple until i try and put it into words.
Would you recommend answering it all as one big answer of each answer separately?

Hi write as one but you need to consider each aspect separately so that its covered in your response xx

You're looking at including information about your professional role as an Early Years Practitioner and your responsibilities ie. being a role model, how positive your relationships are and how you engage/involve yourself with the children, provide problem solving activities that extend learning and encourage children to think differently (p.250)

Pages 231+ for sustained shared thinking

Page 323 for supporting physical development

Page 359 looks at supporting children's additional needs by being able to identify what the needs are of children in your setting. Planning activities in partnership with others, Working with others so that activities meet children's additional needs. Encouraging parents and carers to take an active role in their child's play, learning and development. Be able to reflect on your own practice in meeting additional needs eg. your relationship with the child and family, respect, knowledge of the child;'s additional needs, communication skills, observing and planning for the child's needs and interests.

Hope this helps a little, best wishes
