I need to "Describe the possible tension between maintaining an individual's confidentiality and the need to disclose concerns. Include:
...suspected abuse/a child is at risk
...cases when it is suspected that a crime has been committed
...when poor practice has been identified"

This is in the Working in Partnership with Parents section of my Level 3 EYE.
