Weaving ?

What sort of weaving activities have you done and what sort of things did you use ?

Hanging Autumn is a craft idea posted by a member some time ago & would be an excellent way to display/weave & thread things of the season & themed/random items through !

Shoe's! I laminated some shoe outlines and punched holes to help children practice threading then tying laces in a bow.

Try paper plates with v's cut out. Just right for little hands and they dont bend to much during threading.

We used lengths of ribbon, tinsel, wool, kite material etc. We then used the bright orange plastic stuff with the holes in that is used to cordon of areas which are out of bounds. This is again brilliant for little hands.
