Hi there
I've worked through the knowledge and understanding of 401 but am a little stuck how to write up k4p772
The importance of you learning from the experience and knowlegde of others??

I know its important but Im just not sure how to say why:fryingpan

How to encourage colleagues to share their experiences and knowledge more widely??

Got 2 hours left before my 2 little ones arrive back from a party so if anyone can offer any ideas I would be really greatful

Learning from others expands your own knowledge.
Finding out about differing experiences helps you understand your own position on them and how you feel about accepting less familiar situations & ideas.

Encouraging colleagues to share is in being confident enough to ask them questions & for help in relation to what you are doing and by providing opportunities to openly share knowledge - meetings, workshops, study days, planning rotas, coffee mornings !
