Hi,

You can respect anyones individuality by giving them the space and opportunity to express themselves freely - verbally, emotively and physically.

This post made by Brandy is an excellent example of professional and personal approaches.

A few individual strategies could include:

Stepping back - in a virtual sense.
Taking a deep breath - count to 10 :D !!
Give yourself time to think about what's being said and done before acting.
Ask yourself what you disagree with - and then ask why.

Trying not to say no !!
Saying yes is a whole lot harder but can be much more rewarding !!
Promote individuality by encouraging exploration.
*Reassure by using eye contact & Smile, enjoy watching what everyone does !!
Constantly risk assess !!
Ask questions, pause and let them ask you questions.

Work together to provide a broad selection of resources that promote everyones individuality ..

I'll try to find some links to help research this a little deeper

:With love: hth for the moment
