I KNOW THIS IS A FUNNY QUESTION BUT I WANT TO SET MYSELF A PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN BUT AM NOT SURE AS TO WHAT KIND OF THINGS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DEVELOP????????????

is it not the finding the areas of your self (knowledge etc) that you want to develop? Through a swot (strengths, weaknessess, threats and opportunities) and a SMART analysis
