It is important to show respect to everyones individuality so that they feel their views and ideas are equally valued and respected regardless of their gender, race or religion etc. If everyone feels valued it will promote a good working relationship between staff. A way to do this is by celebrating and incorporating all religous festivals in to your setting and taking an interest in the people you work with and their cultures.
