hi sruggling with this question -
- explain the social,emotional and personal issues that might arise for yp who are looked after or leaving care
-explain the key factors that may be relevant to the needs of these yp, eg, employment and/or education status, their health and well being, existing care plans, potential risks forthemselves or others

just looking for a few ideas to get me going!
