I have explained these strategies - no pressure, sensitivity, listening skills, clear communication, facts only, honesty, no opinion giving, relaxed attitude towards parent, explain best interests of child, refer to EYFS.
Can anyone spot anything I have missed ?
I have read every book I have and researched and researched I just feel I've missed something...
