Hi, fruit and vegetables are considered a valuable food group that when eaten as part of a balanced diet help to prevent a range of diseases and other health risks.

Recognising the value involves someone understanding why healthy foods eg. foods that have been examined for sugar, fibre, fat and low salt content are good choices for individuals and how it's possoible to promote that so you can share how you've recognised that value.
