Hi a warm welcome to the site. I've a feeling you practice this every day so almost certainly come across it but maybe not recognised it as much as you should be proud of.

Use the setting's policies and procedures to draw knowledge, and look at how you've possibly, already included the diversity of culture, second languages, parent partnerships? expected child development and intervention to ensure equal opportunity to belong, participate and learn. I'd consider the child who's observing life around them a great opportunity for a reflective account.

Maybe look at how inclusive and welcoming the setting/placement is, the ways children are greeted in the morning, activities where names are shared & celebrated. There are some points on page 131 of the level 3 handbook you may find useful along with information across other pages if you use the index for equality diversity & inclusion
