Hi, welcome to this site. To respond to this criteria you need to know what the current health and safety legislation is, what your setting's policy for safeguarding, health and safety states and then what the procedures expect you to do in the setting.

Page 135 CYP 3.4 explains this in greater depth

suitable people
suitable premises and equipment
organisation
documentation

Consider how you're expected to check for risks
Prepare meals and store foods appropriately
What the cleaning routines are and storing chemicals (COSHH regulations 2002)
Do products in the setting carry the correct safety standard markings?
Motor Vehicles (wearing seatbelts) regulations 2006
How are injuries, accidents, bumps reported (RIDDOR 1995)
Childcare Act 2006
Smoking Ban 2007

Health and safety at work act 1974 expects:
buildings should be well maintained and designed with the safety of the users in mind.
the general environment should be clean and safe
equipment must be used and stored safely
working practices must promote the health and safety of children

Hope this helps a little, best wishes
