The Children and Families Act 2014 relates to childcare, adpoption, SEN, family court and justice, parent's rights and
England's Children's Commissioner
Page 7 of the Young Person's Guide might be useful if you consider that these are what the Act expects of settings, so how would/does yours meet those expectations?
The Children and Families Act 2014 passed just before the
EYE level 3 handbook was published so it could also be useful to ask your tutor what additional materials they have to help you learn about this.
