Demonstrate inclusion and inclusive practices
Hello all. I am looking for some ideas on what to do for reflective accounts that:
Show I support inclusion and inclusive practices in work with children and young people
Interact with children and young people in a way that values diversity and respects cultural, religious and ethnic differences
I'm currently volunteering at a primary school that I work in as a lunchtime supervisor. I am studying this via an online course.
