First you need to research what emotional well-being is and then you'll be able to find out about the needs of your setting's/workplace's children by asking and using the observations you've made on children's development eg. attachment theory, separation, the different transitions they go through and the secure relationships that the children have.
Page 52 of this level 3 handbook will help use the look inside feature and search for the word well-being.
