well........the last time i inverviewed was for an administrator and we knew who we wanted before hand!! so the other 2 were horrid to do as they werent the right people!!!

but when i had my interview for my job in playgroup (just a play assistant to start with!!) back in 2000, i had to take my son with me, who was nearly 4. and he spent the whole interview on the toilet with me and the old playleader doing the interivew outside!!! good thing she new him and me. got the job anyway and am now in charge, she didnt say at the time but she was leaving soon after and i got her job!!!! (nearly 7 years ago)
