can some help me please I am really stuck on this question
Definition of ‘complexity’ – A factor involved in a process or situation.
Partnership working can be complex as many different people are working together at once. Therefore, co-ordinating the different input from all people can be difficult and it can be easy for communication and information sharing to break down.
Reasons for this include:
Parental consent
Systems of keeping information
Changes of professionals
Co-ordination
The reasons above affect the complexity of partnership working. Explain why? Consider this from a positive and negative view and include these in your answer.
