Unit 2.5 Analyzing the tension between maintaining confidentiality & needing to tell someone?
hi, I am stuck on the following question.....
3.4. Analyse the potential tension between maintaining confidentiality and the need to disclose information:
• when poor practice is identified
• where a child is at risk
• when it is suspected that a crime has been/may be committed.
I have the book but I'm not finding what has been written very helpful. can anyone help me or point me in the right direction please.
