Hi, unless you've been instructed otherwise you might find it easier to use the EYFS framework for this criteria.
Section 3, page 16 details the safeguarding and welfare requirements which you can use.
For example,
page 28 3.50 Accident and injury states how the first box must be accessible at all times with contents suitable for children. Who checks the contents to make sure items that have been used are replaced?
