hii people! im currently in the middle of doing my nvq level 3 in supporting teaching and learning in schools. ive been using this website a lot when i've needed help:reading: and found all your advice so helpful so i've decided to sign up

i was hoping if you anybody out there could help me with Unit 37 - contribute to the prevention and management of challenging behaviour in children and young people. Its Element 37.3 that I'm struggling with.
The performance criteria I need help on is:
P3, P5, P6, P7, P8, P9 a and b, P10 and P11

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated
