Hi, I know this subject has been discussed before, but I would like to know how much a nursery manager in a private nursery should expect to be paid per hour, in Lincolnshire.
I want to now whether its worth leaving my current job as an early years practitioner for a managers position.

I have a degree and have over 11 years experience.

as little as they can get away with! remember a private setting is there for one purpose to make money. you could use nursery world to search your area and see whats happening at the moment
