Need help with Unit 65...Hit a brick wall...

Hi guys, totally stuck on this question:

An explanation of the legal status and principles of the relevant Early Years Framework and why the early years frameworks emphasise a personal and individual approach to learning and development.

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEE help me on this, I really don't know what I need to write at all, or where to start... :S

Any help would be appreciated...
