Default Holiday Club

Noticed that there is a Holiday Club run by the church in the pavilion for 4-11 year olds, parents leaving their children for 3 hours. Do Ofsted have to be imformed? does the hall have to be inspected? Are there any regulations?
Would love to hear any thoughts as I have some but maybe I am too careful!

Yeah thats right, if the holiday clubs for more than 2 hours you have to be registered, and follow the out of school standards. We've just got our holiday club inspected, so we can now take children for more than 2 hours..
